Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the assessment take?
The assessment is conducted on-site over approximately four hours. Availability of ownership or a senior decision-maker during this time is required to ensure accuracy and context.
What happens after the assessment?
Following the assessment, you receive a clear overview of your current operational position in relation to your turnaround objectives, along with identified strengths, constraints, and considerations for moving forward. There is no obligation to proceed beyond the assessment.
What are the payment terms?
A $699 deposit is required at booking to reserve your assessment date. The total assessment fee is $2,199, with the remaining $1,500 payable on the day of the assessment. If you retain $2,500 or more in post-assessment implementation services, the $1,500 balance will be credited toward those services.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Assessments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable once the assessment date is confirmed, except in exceptional circumstances, at my discretion.
