What’s your cancellation policy?

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be charged in full. Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies.

Is there a refund policy?

Packages are non-refundable once the program begins. If unexpected circumstances arise, options may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
